Ready to Ship category – leaves the studio within 2 business days.
Made to Order category – production timeframes vary. Our next available dispatch date is noted below. Limited quantities are available each month. Please note that this date varies and is automatically updated as the monthly allocation is sold out.
If ordering items from both categories all items will be shipped within the one package as soon as the full order has been processed.

I HAVE FORGOTTEN MY ONLINE LOG IN DETAILS. WHAT DO I DO?
You can reset your password online by selecting the ‘Forgotten your password’ link on the My Account log in page. You will then be asked to enter the email address used to setup your account, and a link to reset your password will be emailed to you.
I MAY HAVE MORE THAN ONE CLIENT FILE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
