At RHB we handcraft all products however the production timeframe depends on if you’re purchase a ‘Ready to Ship’ or ‘Custom Made’ item.
Ready to Ship Vs. Custom Made Orders
Check a listing carefully to understand if a product is pre-made and ready to ship or if the product is ordered before it’s custom made and personalised to your specifications.
Both are handmade however the dispatch times vary.
Ready to Ship – leaves the studio within 2 business days.
Look for the following badge on product images for items that are ready for shipment.
Made to Order – production timeframes vary.
Our next available dispatch date is noted below. Limited quantities are available each month. Please note that this date varies and is automatically updated as the monthly allocation is sold out.
Oftentimes, orders process faster than this however we cannot guarantee faster processing time. Additional time must be added for shipping.
RHB ships all packages with Australia Post from our studio in Canberra, ACT. We ship to all metropolitan and regional areas throughout Australia.

The above shipping timeframes have been provided by Australia Post. We review these monthly. Whilst we endevour to keep these up to date the most up to date shipping timeframes can be viewed directly on the Australian Post website.

NOTE: Selecting express shipping during checkout does not ensure a faster processing time. Please refer to the ‘Order Processing Timeframe’ above for further details.
Whilst Australia Post endeavours to meet shipping timeframes we make no guarantees as to the delivery time for both standard or express shipping. We can only ever provide our best estimate with the information given to us by Australia Post as to how long a package will take to reach you. We will always to our absolute best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
By shopping with us you automatically agree to this mutual understanding that RHB will not be held liable for any delays experienced whilst your order is in transit or any inconvenience this may cause you. Whilst we are understanding, an order cannot be cancelled on the basis that you have not yet received it.
RHB will deny all requests for refunds initiated because of shipping delays outside of our control. If you are concerned about a delay to your package, please contact us and we would be happy to help investigate it.
Tracking information will automatically be sent to the email address entered at the time of checkout.

Size GuideTo make it easier to visualise guest books sizes we’ve stuck to standard sizes well known within Australia with our two main sizes being A4 (a standard sized piece of paper / school text book) and A5 (half the size of A4).
* Please note that different monitors can display colours differently. Saying that, we pride ourselves on providing the most accurate photographs as possible. If you would prefer to see colours in real life prior to ordering your guest book please contact us and request a RHB Colour Swatch Sample Pack which we will ship out to you.
Australian Timbers – As wood is a natural product no two pieces will be the same. This is what makes each & every book unique. Use the below swatches & descriptions as an example only. If ordering more than one book or one of our bundles and you select the same variety of timber for all products we will ensure that all products are made from the same panel of timber so that the tones of each book match beautifully with each other.
A lighter coloured blonde timber with a straight grain running horrizontal.
A brown toned timber with a straight grain running horrizontal. It can also feature interesting knots in the grain and darker shades of brown within the grain.
A brown based timber with pinkish tones. The grain runs horrizontally. It can also feature interesting knots in as well as darker blackish lowlights within the grain.

Returns & Refunds
Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Personalised and/or customised goods are exempt from being returned unless the product arrives defective.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Goods must be in its original condition. To start the returns process please email email@example.com with your order number in the subject line.
Please do not send your purchase back to us until directed to do so via email.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check directly with your bank as to processing times as they will be able to advice when funds will clear in your account.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will provide you with the exchange process.
Return Shipping Costs
To return your product, once your return has been approved you will be provided with a returns mailing address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
When shipping a return you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item however Australia Post can provide you with options for peace of mind.
